One Piece Maple Table

Carved out of one solid maple log and then ebonized (a natural dyeing process). Extremely labor intensive and probably something I’ll never do again! This table has spent a long while at home drying, so the splits in the top should be stable at this point. In addition to being a good side table, it’s also pretty comfy to sit on.
